Medvedev wins Russian presidential election [audio 51min]

Award-winning journalist Diane Rehm looks at the Russian presidential election and Vladimir Putin's hand-picked successor, Dmitry Medvedev, the challenges he faces at home, which include restoring the rule of law and sustaining economic growth; and tensions with the West over missile defense, Kosovo independence and NATO expansion.
