Author and AP writer Jesse Holland tells some of the history behind the U.S. Capitol - history that includes slave labor building much of the government's seat. Holland has written a book about the role blacks played in building Washington, Black Men Built the Capitol: Discovering African-American History in and around Washington, D. C.
