Jack MacPherson was ultimate beer buddy [audio 4min]

Jack MacPherson, a Southern California surfer who became famous for organizing "beer orgies," recently died of liver and kidney failure. MacPherson had been the inspiration for Tom Wolfe's 1960s article "The Pump House Gang."
