CANCELLED: Tulane: Mainland South and or Southeast Asian History

South Asia. The Department of History at Tulane University invites applications for a one-year visiting position in the field of mainland
South and/or Southeast Asian history since 1500. Teaching experience is
preferred, and candidates should complete all requirements for the Ph.D.
by 1 August, 2006. Applicants should submit: a letter of application, c.v. and three letters of reference to: South Asia Search, Professor Jim Boyden, Chair, Department of History, Tulane University, New Orleans, LA 70118. Although Tulane University returned to normal operations in January 2006, regular mail service to New Orleans is still slower than normal. Candidates are strongly advised to send application materials via Federal Express, UPS or similar delivery services which allow traceable and expedited delivery.
