Undelivered Letters [audio 26min]

Pam Tibbetts investigates the remarkable story of the letters sent from across Scotland to men who'd gone to work for the Hudson's Bay Company in Canada in the nineteenth century. Many of these heartfelt letters were undelivered and in many cases remained unopened for 150 years until two Canadian researchers began a mammoth project to trace the lives outlined in them.
