Medieval Song: Women's Role and Representation [10min]

Catherine Bott is about to release an album of songs originally sung by and for women in the 12th and 13th centuries. She joins Jenni Murray along with Dr Lisa Colton, who specialises in the religious and secular music of the period, to look at the role and representation of women in medieval song.
