Group Looks to Recreate Black-Founded Frontier Town [4min]

A privately funded group in Illinois is trying to raise money to recreate a pioneering 1850s frontier town. New Philadelphia, Ill., was the first town in the United States founded by an African American. Jonathan Ahl of member station WCBU has the story.
