Sheila Dillon celebrates a great British institution feted the world over -- the pudding. How have these delicious rib-stickers gone from dying art to rapid revival? Joining Sheila in the studio are Queen of Puddings Marguerite Patten and food archaeologist Marc Meltonville from Hampton Court Palace. Sheila visits the Pudding Club at the Three Ways House Hotel in the village of Mickleton, Gloucestershire where every week up to 70 pudding enthusiasts meet to ensure the continued revival of traditional British puds. Jennifer Chevalier meets Lorraine Animasaun who learnt to make a Caribbean-style plum pudding from her Jamaican grandmother, and carries on this Christmas tradition today. Sheila talks to Helen Colley who started the pudding company Farmhouse Fare four years ago -- its success has ensured the survival of her family's farm and is making a real difference to the economy of the region.
