Kellogg vs Post

DrJohn Harvey Kellogg ran a sanitarium in Battle Creek MI based on Seventh-Day Adventist teachings on nutrition. A radical vegetarian, Kellogg is now best known for inventing the corn flake. A visit to Kellogg's sanitarium inspired CW Post to launch his own cereal company. Today Post is best known for inventing Grape-Nuts and Post Toasties cereals, as well as the coffee substitute Postum and the cents-off coupon.
