I agree, obviously. His story brought back memories from my childhood about the horror stories from Europe. I also like his understanding of how deniers have laid claim to being "revisionists." Of course, they give historical revisionism a dirty name. That helps me to understand why some conservatives spit the word out with contempt. Still, reputable historians much necessarily engage in the processes of revisioning the past.

Ralph, you beat me to it. Orac's thoughts on Holocaust denial, and the way in which his sense of medical responsibility and horror at the use of medical knowledge in the Nazi project lead him to anti-denial activism, are powerful stuff.
