I never turn on the news first thing in the morning. If I watch anything, it is ESPN to catch any highlights I only had seen 15 times the night before. Today, however, I did, in hopes of catching something on the debate. Who do I see on MSNBC? None other than Rick Shenkman, HNN's Master of Ceremonies. He looked good, he sounded smart, he hit his analysis just about right. Congratulations to Rick. Don't forget the rest of us when you become America's favorite tv historian -- Move over Beschloss, tell McCullough the news!
