Changes are afoot. The beginning of the new semester finds some familiar Revisers and Dissenters saying goodbye and new posters saying hello. Kevin Levin, Kevin Murphy, Esther MacCallum-Stewart, and Jeremy Boggs are moving on from R&D. We wish them all the best of luck, and hope they each find time to return one day. They can each still be found in the blogroll, and we hope they drop by for the occasional guest post.

Sage Ross of Ragesoss 2.02 has agreed to join the R&D team. Sage is currently a graduate student in the History of Medicine and Science Program at Yale, and writing his dissertation on the history of molecular evolution using a wiki-based prosopography database. Sage is an avid Wikipedian, and has done a tremendous series of posts on Wikipedia and what it means to scholars. Most recently he turned his attention to the expert-oriented competitor to Wikipedia, Citizendium.
