Negroponte has agreed to release Saddam's tape
It's about time! New York Sun reported yesterday that chairman of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence congratulated John Negroponte on the decision.
"Rep. Peter Hoekstra, a Republican of Michigan, earlier this month proposed legislation to force Mr. Negroponte to make the materials - which include up to 48,000 boxes of documents and between 2,500 and 3,000 hours of recorded conversations - publicly available".
