Why no"Congress Day"?

This is not exactly an answer, but it is what came to my mind. I propose that there be a Congress Day, and that on it we think of a favorite thing said about, by, or to Congress or one of its members.

I never can think of Judas Iscariot without losing my temper. To my mind Judas Iscariot was nothing but a low, mean, premature, Congressman.
