It looks like the USM Faculty Senate needs to convene another special meeting--to pass a resolution of no confidence in Roy Klumb.

State College Board president says he has no plan to put the resolution before panelIt's altogether immaterial whether Klumb puts the resolution calling for Shelby Thames' replacement on the agenda for the next Board meeting. Unless the other Board members are hunkered down in fallout shelters, they'll know all about the resolution by tomorrow morning at the latest.
