I Am Accused of Anti-Southern Bigotry!

I support the right of secession and regard Lincoln as a tyrant but, despite all this, some of our friends at LRC Blog now regard me as ideologically suspect because of my piece (co-authored with Charles Nuckolls at Reason Online) on the "Dangers of Confederate Multiculturalism."

Could somebody please explain this to me? I thought he had been leading the northern alliance, that forced an interventionist war against the southerns, who did not abolish slavery (among other things). Of course, this is a shortened explanation of the reasons for the war, but this is the point most oftened mentioned down here in Europe..
