Fellow Liberty and Power blogger, King Bananian and other faculty at St. Cloud State University are waging a lonely fight against mandatory diversity training at St. Cloud State Univerity. King's reports indicated a truly atrocious attempt to impose forced indoctrination on the faculty. This is far worse, for example, than a requirement for faculty to attend mandatory prayer meetings at a state university. This needs to be publicized.
Many of the faculty at SCSU have responded by boycotting the training. Speaking from personal experience, this is precisely the right strategy. We used it effectively to discredit similar diversity training.
