So you think politicians are wasting time and money? Not in the Golden State where this proposal to allow for fung shui principles to be considered in construction is making news. You know, when I heard about this I thought it was silly, but what I realized is that folks out there are so choked with regulation that they want some relief to express their beliefs and ideals. It's a shame California has become such a mess.
