Rumsfeld Says No to the Haiti Mess
Sometimes the Bush administration actually does the right thing. Donald Rumsfeld has stated matter-of-factly that the U.S. does not intend to intervene yet again in the Haiti mess.
Meanwhile, the Congressional Black Caucus, once so eager for the U.S. military to engage in regime change by putting Aristide in power during the 1990s, seems to have also decided to sit this one out.
