Some critics of my colleague, KC Johnson, should take note of the fact that in comments at our most recent article, David Horowitz accuses him of"pandering to the academic left on this issue."

Please come and bring your friends. We really could use the back-up at the meeting. To his credit, Horowitz has responded.....but where are the folks on the left? We've heard nary a peep.

As to money, I only wish that Horowitz would tell us where we can get some.

I'd have to say that the substitute resolution is a much better statement. If I were going to be there, it would be the first time I'd had a reason to be at the business meeting....

I think Horowitz needs to realize that -- though this resolution could be seen as benefiting the "academic left" (we'll talk about what that is some other time) -- not everything that benefits someone is "pandering". It's only pandering if you get some benefit from it, and as near as I can tell, there's really no money in this for you guys....
