Cato Unbound

The Cato Institute has started an interesting experiment in online journaling, Cato Unbound ( http://www.cato-unbound.org/ ), which is to be a cross between an online magazine and blog. If my understanding is correct, it starts off with an article from a prominent figure, then with moderated responses, and finally, with unmoderated responses.

I wish them luck on the venture.

Just a thought.

At the Cato Unbound website, the editors write, "In the spaces between, we’ll publish the best of your letters and blog posts, creating a hub for a broader conversation about our heady topics." Thus the editors choose from what the readers submit. It isn't really unmoderated.
