The United States job in Iraq is to fight a WAR against terrorism not to rebuild the country.... although they have made massive contributions to the iraqi government to rebuild the country, it is up to the iraqi people to achieve this. There is billions of taxpayer dollars being spent in Iraq and some of that money is being used to rebuild the country. The American Government has spent billions training the iraqi police force and army and it is their job to help their people have better living conditions. The United States can not hold Iraq's hand and keep spending money to help Iraq rebuild but they are guiding them and showing them the way. There is only so much the american government can do. It is up to the iraqi people to rebuild a positive future in Iraq.
