Provost Squirms When Receiving Award from Testaclese

This is a picture of Provost Edward J. Kavanagh receiving an award from Testaclese, the mascot for "The Penis Monologues" The College Republicans at Roger Williams University had organized the Monologues in response to"The Vagina Monologues."

As soon as the humorless and befuddled Kavanagh realized what was happening he acted like a true administrator and punished the students!
