New campaigns will not dispatch emails to bounced members. How do you send those members emails? 1. Create a copy of the Master List; call it the Bounced Email List with a date 2. Group all bounced emails at the top by clicking on the Bounced Email Column 3. REMOVE all emails in black, leaving only the bounced emails 4. Copy the entire remaining list to a WORD file 5. Find and Replace all")" with a comma 6. Find and replace all"(" and remove permanently 7. Go to Tables/Convert 8. Select the first column 9. Paste the column into a new WORD file. Dispatch the latest newsletter to this list. After each mailing go through the Newsletter folder looking for any return emails that direct you to a page clearing the mail from the junk mail filter. Any emails you receive telling you of an address change, addthe new email address to the subscriber base and then create a rule to automaticaqlly send any future emails from the old address to the Newsletter Reject folder.
