US HEGEMONY MAY BE GOOD FOR SOUTH ASIA?

I asked an Indian visitor what she thinks about recent developments in Kashmir. May I add that this women is definitely not an admirer of the Bush administration.

To paraphrase Churchill "American hegemony is the worst global arrangement except for all others."
