Then came the ruthless murder of the Judge for his refusal to the battle for moderate Islam. The Islamist terrorist attack by a lawyer on judges who ruled that a schoolteacher should not be promoted to the post of headmistress because she wore the headscarf on her way to and from work. One judge died and 4 were wounded. Thousands marched in support of a secularist Turkey.

I did not believe time will come when I will be glad to see a crowd carry the Communist flag. But the reemergence of an opposition force is a healthy development for Turkey.
