I love Bali. As my daughter said when we got there, this is paradise. The Islamists do not only target tourists, they also target the Balinese livelihood. After all, they are just Buddhists, real infidels, idol worshippers and some of the most beautiful gentle artistic people on earth.

My heart has been bleeding for them all day though a Malaysian psychiatrist who used to be in the American army reserves, assured Muslim social scientists this afternoon that I can only feel empathy for blonds like me.

Well, Malaysia and Britain both can take partial credit for the carnage:
